Sculpture X
I have really enjoyed this class and I have encountered many challenges, but altogether I had success, and I have became familiar with many materials that I haven't had a chance to try out. It was good to learn the different techniques and different types of thinking that was needed to overcome different problems. Altogether I have had a great time and learned lots of good and exciting stuff on this practicum. Thank you Adam, you did a great job!

This time we had to create our previously made animal out of different materials, like wire and cardboard. I have never worked with such materials and I ran in some difficulties during my work. I have learned that for each material a different kind of thinking is needed. It is compulsory because you have to imagine the steps of the structure you are going to create, plus, you have to select your order carefully. I have found the cardboard a handy material to use, but I also had success with the wood sticks.

Sculpture VII

I have finished the dragon totally. I had difficulties with the legs. How to make them equal and how do I need to attach it to the body so it wont fall over. I have managed to make the wings suprisingly easy. Probably because its an easily attachable part. The head has also been completed with some bits of small clay.
